Brad Fluke, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Fluke has 25 years of experience in marketing and general management in the mixed-signal semiconductor business. Prior to Javelin, he spent ten years as a Vice President at Silicon Labs, including roles as VP of Marketing, General Manager of the Wireline and Networking business units, and VP of Business Development. His previous experience includes various marketing management positions at Analog Devices and Crystal/Cirrus Logic. Mr. Fluke holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
David Bockelman, Ph. D., Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Bockelman has 19 years of experience in RF IC design and project management and holds 24 US patents. His experience includes project leadership and senior engineering positions in cellular power amplifiers and transceivers at Silicon Labs and Motorola Applied Research Labs. Mr. Bockelman holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
Abhay Misra, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Misra has 19 years of experience in the semiconductor industry where he has successfully defined and executed on fabless manufacturing strategies from start-up phase to IPO. Previous roles include VP of Engineering and Operations at Cubic Wafer, Director of Manufacturing Technology for Silicon Labs and Director of Worldwide Foundry Operations for Cyrix Corporation. Mr. Misra holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
Lori Lowe, CFO
Ms. Lowe has 21 years of financial and operational experience in both public and private companies with an emphasis over the past 10 years on rapidly growing venture backed startup companies. Most recently, Ms. Lowe was the chief financial officer at Nuventix, Inc. Prior to that, she held various management positions at NetBotz, Inc., DAZEL Corporation, Crystal Semiconductor and PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Ms. Lowe is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
Justin Dougherty, Director of Applications and System Engineering
Mr. Dougherty has 13 years of experience in the semiconductor industry including more than 10 years of experience in RF IC manufacturing and applications. Prior to Javelin, Mr. Dougherty held a staff engineering position in cellular transceivers at NXP Semiconductor. His previous experience also includes senior engineering positions at Silicon Labs and Legerity. Mr. Dougherty holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, where he graduated with honors.
Robert Wagner, Director of Marketing
Mr. Wagner has 16 years of marketing experience in the mixed-signal semiconductor business. Prior to joining Javelin, he held various product management positions at Microsemi/Zarlink, Zilker Labs, Silicon Labs and Crystal/Cirrus Logic. Mr. Wagner also previously worked in semiconductor design at IBM Microelectronics. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University Pomona and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
